SMH Cardiac Rehabilitation can help you improve your heart health for a brighter future.  Cardiac Rehab is a team effort and SMH has the best team. Our respiratory therapists are credentialed through the National Board of Respiratory Care and licensed by the state of Missouri.  They maintain certification in Basic Life Support, Advanced Life Support, and Pediatric Life Support. The Cardiopulmonary department strives to give excellent care to every patient, every encounter, every time.

  • Was their a few days ago in the late evening for a minor injury. The staff was really friendly and inviting, very helpful . While I was waiting to be seen, couldn't help but to notice how wonderfully clean the bathroom and emergency area was, even the toilet paper had been folded like you would find in one of those fancy hotels. A huge thumbs up to the cleaning crew..just seeing how clean and well kept the areas were put me at ease that I was at the right place...

I got in very quickly, and left with a game plan and prescription order that totally took care of my issue. I feel truly grateful to the staff here. From the moment we arrived, my 4-year-old was cared for with such compassion and professionalism. We were seen promptly, and every member of the team went above and beyond to make him feel comfortable and safe. They treated him like royalty, and when it came time for stitches, the care and precision were flawless. As a parent, it means so much to see your child treated with both skill and kindness.
