We serve patients in the hospital, through our post-acute care Swing Bed Program, and in outpatient settings.



Physical Therapy (PT)

Our Physical Therapy team focuses on restoring movement, building strength, and reducing pain to help patients safely return to their daily routines.

Services include:

- Post-surgical rehabilitation (orthopedic, neurological, cardiac)

- Sports injury recovery

- Balance and fall prevention

- Gait training and mobility enhancement

Occupational Therapy (OT)
