Rehabilitation

We provide high quality, patient-centered care to those who have experienced a loss of function from an injury or illness. Our Rehabilitation team is dedicated to helping patients regain independence, improve function, and enhance quality of life. We offer comprehensive Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech Therapy services delivered by licensed and compassionate professionals. Our dedicated employees are unified by a mission of making our community healthier. We serve patients in the hospital as well as our post-acute care Swing-Bed Program, and outpatient settings.

Physical Therapy (PT)

Our Physical Therapy team focuses on restoring movement, improving strength, and reducing pain to help patients return to their daily activities safely and effectively.
Services include:
Post-surgical rehabilitation (orthopedic, neurological, cardiac)
Sports injury recovery
Balance and fall prevention
Gait training and mobility enhancement
Chronic pain and arthritis management
Stroke and neurological condition therapy
Chronic non-healing wound care


Who benefits from PT? Individuals recovering from surgery, injuries, strokes, or chronic conditions that affect mobility and function.

Occupational Therapy (OT)

Occupational Therapy helps patients develop or regain skills necessary for independent living and meaningful daily activities.
Services include:
Activities of daily living (ADL) training (dressing, bathing, eating)
Hand and upper extremity rehabilitation
Cognitive and perceptual retraining
Adaptive equipment assessment and training
Pediatric developmental therapy
Lymphedema and swelling management


Who benefits from OT? Patients with injuries, neurological conditions, developmental delays, or those adjusting to life after surgery or illness.

Speech-Language Therapy (SLP)

Our Speech Therapists assists adult individuals with communication, cognition, and swallowing disorders to help them speak, understand, and eat safely.
Services include:
Voice and fluency therapy (e.g., stuttering)
Cognitive-communication therapy (problem solving)
Swallowing (dysphagia) evaluation and treatment
Stroke and neurological rehabilitation


Who benefits from SLP? Adults with speech or communication problems, stroke-related issues, traumatic brain injuries, or feeding/swallowing disorders.
