Quality Improvement/Risk Management
Building a Safer, Stronger, More Caring Place
Through our Quality Improvement and Risk Management program, our team works to ensure every patient receives safe, high-quality, and compassionate care. We welcome every opportunity to listen to and learn from patient feedback, using it alongside data and best practices to guide our efforts toward excellence. How Quality Improvement Works:
We continuously measure performance, review outcomes, and implement evidence-based changes to make care safer, more effective, and more patient-centered. Quality improvement projects are carried out through various work groups and committees, engaging staff from every department and every level of the organization to ensure diverse perspectives and ideas shape our progress. How Risk Management Works:
We proactively identify and address potential risks that could impact patients, staff, or the organization. By investigating events, ensuring compliance with regulations, and promoting a culture of safety, we work to prevent harm before it occurs.Patient Concerns:
